We very care about your shopping experience with us. For any reason you want to return your purchase, we will do our best to provide an easy and smooth process for you.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

We do apologise for the inconvenience.

We always check the quality of the items(s) before we sent them out. But due to some of the items may be easy to get damaged during the transaction, for a very rare chance you may receive the item(s) which are damaged or with a quality problem.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you found a quality issue after you opened the box, don't worry at all. Simply send us a photo to proof the damage, and we will immediately send you a new replacement.

Change of Mind

if you change your mind, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it, no questions asked.

You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us.

Returned products must be in "new & unused" condition with their original packaging.

Please kindly note, the following items are not compatible with "change of mind return":

  • - All forms of clearance stock (e.g. warehouse, showroom, floor stock etc.)
  • - Clearance items
  • - Personalised items
  • - Gift Cards

    Please ensure you have contacted us via support@wallco.com.au before you send the item(s) back to us.

    Cancellations and Changes

    Obey Australia’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the Website for a limited refund.

    Most of our items are made to order, once we received your order, we normally start to create your ordered item(s) in 1-2 business day. If you want to cancel your order, please ensure you let us know ASAP. If the items are not being made, we can easily cancel the order for you. Otherwise, a 20% cancellation fee will occur.

    If you just want to amend your shipping address, we can do that easily before we dispatch your order.
