Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery Cost

We offer FREE delivery for all orders within Australia, no matter small or big. For the rest of the world (nearly all countries), we offer $29.99 flat rate delivery.

2. Delivery Time

All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post or local couriers, which will take 2-10 business days after dispatch.

International orders will be shipped by UPS/DHL/TNT or similar international couriers, please allow 3-15 business days depends on your location.

You will get updated via Email/SMS when the order is on the way.

3. Dispatch/Fulfill time

Most of our wall art is made to order, please allow 3-10 business days to create your order and dispatch it. No one likes waiting, we will do our best to ship your order as soon as we can.

4. Track your shipment

Once your order is on the way, you will receive an email/SMS from us with the tracking details.

5. Change shipping address

If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we can easily update the address for you. But if your order is on its way, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing the order and let us know ASAP if you noticed there’s a mistake of the shipping address.

6. PO boxes or Parcel Locker

Sorry, we can’t ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to physical residential and business address.

7. Transit damage

All items are well packed for delivery, but in a rare chance, it still may be damaged during the transaction. If you received a parcel with obvious damage to the package, please DO NOT accept receipt and ask the courier to return it. Take a photo and let us know immediately via support@wallco.com.au, we will handle the rest.

8. Missing/incorrect item

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@wallco.com.au with photos/videos of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

9. Lost Parcel

All shipments are with tracking. If the tracking status is “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team at support@wallco.com.au, we are happy to assist you.
